The Modern Guide to Equality is a complimentary resource created by The Female Quotient, in partnership with Atlantic Media Strategies and Catalyst, to accelerate change in the workplace. The publication addresses inequity holistically, combining generational insights, workplace trends and interviews with industry leaders to develop a playbook for progress and create accountability standards. Released biannually at the World Economic Forum Davos and the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, the content has been leveraged in conference panels and presentations, podcasts, and corporate workshops.
As founder and Editor-in-Chief, I developed the content strategy for the first four issues of the report and managed a team of writers, designers, editors, and contributors to produce high-quality, impactful, workplace content.
